Welcome to Order Hub. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Order Hub platform, operated by Clouders Tech in Egypt. By using the platform, you agree to all provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

For the purpose of this agreement: • Platform: Order Hub website and applications. • Subscriber: Any registered user or business. • Service: Order management tools and technologies. • Third-Party Delivery Providers: External services such as Talabat. • Data: Information collected during usage.

3.1 Scope of Service Order Hub provides: • Unified order aggregation • Menu synchronization • Sales analytics and reporting • Multi-branch management • Staff permissions management • Live technical support 3.2 Service Limitations Order Hub acts only as an intermediary platform. The company is not responsible for: • External delivery app downtime • Delivery delays • Third-party provider policies

4.1 Subscription Fees Pricing depends on the selected plan. Includes: • One-time setup fee • Monthly or annual subscription 4.2 Billing and Renewal • Automatic renewal applies • Cancellation required 48 hours before renewal • Renewal notifications sent 7 days prior 4.3 Non-Payment • Notification within 24 hours • Suspension after 7 days • Permanent termination after 30 days 4.4 Refund Policy • Setup fees are non-refundable • Monthly fees refundable within first 7 days only

Subscribers agree to: • Provide accurate information • Maintain account confidentiality • Notify unauthorized access • Use the platform lawfully • Avoid hacking attempts • Not resell the service

Users are prohibited from: • Publishing unlawful content • Damaging platform reputation • Accessing other users’ data • Stress testing servers without permission Order Hub may suspend violating accounts immediately.

7.1 Disclaimer Services are provided “as is”. No guarantees regarding: • Continuous uptime • Error-free systems • Fitness for a specific purpose 7.2 Liability Cap Order Hub liability shall not exceed payments made during the previous 3 months. The company is not liable for: • Indirect damages • Data loss • Third-party provider actions

Order Hub retains all intellectual property rights including: • Source code • Algorithms and designs • Logos and trademarks • Databases and documentation Subscribers receive a limited non-transferable license.

Order Hub protects subscriber data according to Egyptian law. 9.1 Data We Collect • Name • Email • Phone number • Order and usage records 9.2 Data Usage Data is used for: • Service improvement • User communication • Legal compliance Data is never sold to third parties.

10.1 Subscriber Cancellation Subscribers may cancel anytime. 10.2 Order Hub Termination Accounts may be suspended for: • Violating terms • Non-payment • Illegal activities • Business discontinuation

Order Hub may modify these terms at any time. • Users are notified 14 days before changes • Continued usage means acceptance • Subscribers may terminate if they disagree

This agreement is governed by Egyptian law. Disputes shall: • First attempt amicable resolution • Then proceed to Cairo courts

If any provision becomes unenforceable, remaining provisions remain valid. This agreement represents the full legal agreement between both parties.
